Workhorse Coffee Bar

Workhorse is one of my favorite coffee shops in the Twin Cities! I've never been disappointed with anything here. The blueberry cornbread muffin is one of my faves even though I'm not gluten-free. You have to try the miel as well as the pumpkin cream cheese muffin. I also love how there's no upcharge for milk alternatives. The service here is always super friendly and I feel so welcomed.

Not bad! More expensive than Los Angeles for an iced latte and a small gluten free muffin, but both were good. 2 lattes and 2 muffins were $22. I had the GF blueberry muffin which is made with corn and it was decent. The cafe itself has a lot of communal style seating. Parking can be a challenge for those who drive, since they don’t have a parking lot, and metered parking is competitive. This is a great place for those who bike/bus, for students or nearby residents or local employees.
