As a brother of someone with Celiac disease it's always nice to find a gluten free sandwich shop. Doubly so when the owner is such a delight.

Good sandwiches and a friendly owner. I gave this 5 stars because it’s a new business, but actually wanted to give it 4 because their gluten free sandwich is about half the size of their normal sandwich, yet they charge you 3 dollars extra. From that price/value standpoint, I don’t know if I’ll be returning here. But the quality of the baguette was great!
