Terrible experience! I have celiac, so I ordered my meal gluten free, which means I am unable to eat their soup and noodles. I asked if I could just get an extra fried rice in the place of not being able to eat the other 2 things that I am paying for. The waitress said no you cannot replace rice with your meal. I asked to talk to the manager because I thought it was not an unreasonable request considering I’m paying for two things that I am unable to eat and replacing it with rice, which in my opinion is probably the same cost if not less. The manager then proceeded to tell me that was not an option because their policy does not allow them to substitute anything. I then asked her if she was going to give me my meal at a cheaper price considering I’m paying for two things that I’m not receiving and you won’t substitute something in its place. She said no there will be no adjustment on the price either. After much back-and-forth of me questioning her and her refusing to do anything for me, she then decided to say well I can have your waitress bring out the noodles on a separate plate and the person I was with could take them home because they did not have a gluten allergy. How does that work for my meal??? Worst customer service I have ever seen in a restaurant!!! The food was mediocre at best. Will not be going there again!
