Got the liangpi (cold noodles on the menu), gluten with bean sprouts, and the chicken noodles all of which were top notch. The restaurant also made sure they got the special instructions right.

Super tasty and unique noodles. I prefer the spicy soup version but the plain noodles are good, too. Their gluten free rice noodle is decent.
