Finally found an authentic Xi'an restaurant. The cold gluten, roujiamo, and oil splash are all very authentic, and the ingredients are solid! ! The spicy chicken is golden and crispy, and also delicious. There are many authentic Xi'an noodles and home-cooked dishes on the menu. I will try them next time! Highly recommended!
