We came on Sunday and the place was packed , they had 6 parties. I ordered a GF pizza for my daughter. Once it was ready I saw that cheese looked odd as if it didn’t melt, so I asked them to bake it a bit more . The owner who was in the kitchen told me it won’t melt because it’s vegan. I told them I didn’t order the vegan pizza and the menu states gluten-free with mozzarella cheese. The owner kept arguing with me and telling me the cheese doesn’t matter because I got the crust I wanted . I told him I want a gf crust with the regular cheese since I never asked it to be vegan. He was extremely irritated and told me it will take time. When the pizza was ready and I offered to take the tray from him he barked at me that it’s hot. Again he acted rude and irritated. Bottom line , he made a mistake and instead of an apology I got plenty of attitude . Customer service is very lucking.
