Placed an order online, they called and informed me that they “did not want the trouble of a food allergy so they were rejecting the order”. There were no other options given and no apology for denying the order. A gluten allergy is very common and I’ve never been refused service for it before. Restaurants will warn that cross contamination can happen and it’s not a dedicated kitchen/prep space, yet they didn’t have the courtesy or mindfulness to do so. Don’t waste your time if you have any accommodation requests. I highly recommend Liberty Street as a great dining experience in Pella.
