YO! Birmingham Grand Central

I couldn't believe it when I taken to the wheelchair accessible seating area! I was apprehensive going in as I'd never been in my wheelchair before but the FOH person was so lovely and helpful. He went above and beyond to make the friend rice dish gluten free for me and it meant so much to feel catered to. I didn't catch his name but he was on shift today (27/07/23 at 4pm) fantastic customer service, can't wait to come back!

one of my go-to food places. a friend and i visit this place practically weekly after university and they never disappoint. food is always served promptly and staff are always friendly and nice. even on the few occasions, a dish or two don't make it to us, staff are always kind and rectify the problem instantly. whilst a lot of people complain about the portions, to me i think they're perfect as it allows me to order a few different things. the prices aren't awful either in my opinion, a few things - such as the Takoyaki - are overpriced but i think majority of the menu isn't too bad. place is always clean and tidy also, and i really like how the place as adapted to be contact free since covid. my only complaint would be that i wish the meat and chicken served were halal as i am a meat lover but am constantly limited to vegetarian and seafood options and with my mild allergy to prawns, am after limited even further. but it's not a deal breaker for me. this place is also great due to their amazing vegan selection as the friend i go with is both a vegan with gluten intolerance so this place is one of the few places we can enjoy together. would 100% recommend !!
