The food is very good and the staff works with you to help identify what has gluten in it. There are some gluten-free ingredients that sit next to gluten containing ingredients so the cross contamination risk is very high. The staff will change their gloves, but you have to ask first. As a gluten-free celiac, I generally feel comfortable eating here.

So so so good!! Everything is so fresh and the sauces are delicious. BONUS- they use gluten free soy sauce in their sauces so you can get the spicy tuna/salmon and whatever sauces you want!
