Beautiful, delicious food! We had heard about Yang’s Kitchen from a few lists of LA’s best restaurants. I was surprised to see a top LA restaurant in Alhambra, but very worthy of being on those lists. They are also excellent at addressing food allergies including gluten. What should you get: - APPETIZERS: Grilled Cabbage was shockingly good. Totally caught me off guard but we got it because our server recommended it. The chicken wings were also delicious, especially because they were GF. -MAINS: We got two dishes recommended by our server. The best one was the one I was least excited about, the Hainan Fish Rice. At 3 months into 2024, I can say that it is the best thing I’ve put into my mouth this year. We also got the pasture-raised steak with smashed potatoes and the green chimichurri sauce. I’d highly suggest both of these.

Located in the middle of downtown Alhambra aka. Main Street. Parking was plenty because it's the same parking building when you go to Gen BBQ or across Starbucks. So they have remodeled not only the interior, but also all the contents in the menu. There are no longer beef noodle soup or scallion pancakes, but they have much better selections! It's true that they no longer offer traditional Asian menus anymore although they sound so good. But I thin we have to value a restaurant that tries to innovate new approach for Asian fusion. I can really tell from their message across the wall and how they brand themselves is that they are very environmental conscious and want to go towards sustainability. I really respect that because taking care of our environment is very important in any way. Their food are so dang good, and healthy. It's like all healthy menu for Asian fusion restaurant which makes me feeling good about myself. I don't really eat carbs that much but since they offer multigrain rice and gluten free pancake, they make healthy approach so good. High quality food comes with a great price, so yes they are much more expensive than regular Asian or Asian fusion restaurant. But yes they use all natural ingredients from local farmers market, so I don't mind at all, what I'm eating is coming from fresh and natural ingredients. I highly recommend getting their blood orange juice. All the juice are freshly squeeze., which is the best. We would love to come back again and try other stuff.
