I go to Yard House in every location. There is food for everyone! Meat eaters, vegans, gluten free, pescatarian, etc. Service was excellent. Had a party of 3 and were told we’d have to wait 5-15 minutes to be seated. Waited for 5 minutes in total. Food was delicious as always. Poke nachos and Wisconsin cheese curds are a must. Large selection of vegan and vegetarian options with Gardein. Parking might be full, but they have a free parking lot.

My mother ordered off the gluten free menu and the server forgot when he entered the meal. She ate it and then realized it was flour tortillas. The server admitted his mistake and the manager called her a taxi to the ER. When we tried to bill them for the hospital visit since my mother has a severe gluten allergy, the manager changed his story and said she wanted the flour tortillas. Clearly gas lighting and lying about the situation to cover their mistake. I worked at a different yard house in Maryland and our servers would never be so careless. She even ordered the only gluten free beer so it was clear and stated she had an allergy and the kitchen should have been informed.

I stopped in for lunch and asked what on the menu was Gluten Free. The waiter brought me a GF menu. I ordered chicken tacos. I took a picture and sent to my daughter since she works at another Yard House. She called me and said the gf tacos are served with two tortillas. When i asked for a manager he asked if I need to go to the ER. I did. When I called the manager he said the waiter said I chose not to have my tacos GF. So it cost me $500 to avoid a bad long term reaction.
