Yard House

Once a week we take our two college girls out on a date. We chose The Yard House because it's next door to the movie theater and they have a good variety of gluten free items on the menu. That is why we waited for an hour to be seated. Ordering went well with our waiter Sean. Unfortunately our granddaughters selections both had problems. One ordered the wings as they're her favorite food and the other ordered the GF Burger. The wings were cooked to rubber and inedible, while the burger was missing every ingredient listed with the exception of the meat! Staff very nicely put in a rush order and a manager stopped by to apologize and say they put a rush on the replacement food. We thought the manager said she was removing the girls items from the bill but we were charged for the full meal. I mentioned this to the waiter but was given the full bill to pay with no adjustments made.

Great place to be on a Friday !!!! 4/21/24......came in to order wings and a beer. Found out the wings are battered. Can't do that. Next up...carnivore gluten-free pizza. Nope, no gluten-free crust. Next......BLTA with sour dough bread. Nope, don't have sour dough. Ended up with BLTA with gluten-free bun.
