An amazing range of chocolate and very helpful sales staff. I was disappointed, however, in the cafe side of the business. We were planning to have lunch but were unable to, as the automated menu system would not allow us to request a gluten free option to cater for my dietary needs.

This place stands as out as our must go to places at every opportunity. The staff are so friendly and helpful always and there are gluten free options so no one misses out on the wonderful food and drinks at the cafeteria. The restrooms are beautifully clean which is a real bonus compared to other places we have experienced. The tasting classes when available are well worth booking into ahead of time. And the chocolate products are to die for. At Easter we arranged a click and collect for our Melbourne family and they were available to handle an order to go interstate for other family members. The drive there is beautiful and relaxing. And they do have an icecream range to enjoy there or take away. As you can tell its a favourite destination which we hope to return to in the not too distant future.
