I’m not sure that this was a safe place. I explained my Gluten allergies and concerns, ordered the grilled chicken bowl, and out comes a breaded/fried chicken mixture that looked delicious…I have also never been able to get plantains that were gluten free but they were also in the bowl. My bowl got sent back and a new one came out with the grilled chicken. I didn’t feel great after eating 1/2 of a plantain…
I also do not think that the waitress understood my concerns despite explaining that while egg/dairy/corn starch/ cheese were all fine, wheat FLOUR was not…there was a lot of confusion.
