I have celiac disease and called the restaurant for a pick up order. Tiffany stayed on the phone with me while talking to their head chef, and giving me options for dishes with and without modifications. I felt safe eating her (delicious) gluten free recommendations with their provided gluten free soy sauce, and ate without any adverse effect. I’m so thankful to have a sushi place in the neighborhood where I can feel safe eating!
