One person in my party has gluten and dairy allergies. Once notified, the cashier started their allergy protocol, which is to pull a fresh container to ensure no contamination. When we got our ice cream and dairy free sorbetto, we received a completely sealed spoon for the allergy

It's definitely wheelchair accessible but don't use the ramp into the barn it's too steep in my opinion. I just petted the goats and they were sweet. We only went for the ice cream. It's really high quality ice cream. It's not gonna be like getting a half gallon from Kroger. The place is kept clean. The staff is helpful if you aren't sure if you will like a flavor they will give you a tester spoon. I was able to ask about ingredients for the flavor I wanted. If you need Gluten Free they will make sure to use a fresh scooper. They have a ice cream making station to watch how it's made but I'm not sure what day it's operational. I look forward to seeing it in action.
