Your Farms Your Table

Catered for my wedding reception! I wanted an all hors d'oeuvres party. My most gracious hosts had nothing but exceptional things to say about Sam from Your Farms Your Table! Very kind, cooperative, reasonable and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CROSS CONTAMINATION! I have a couple of gluten-free guests, and his knowledge really put them at ease. We also had a number of vegan dishes for my vegan guests who were very appreciative. Sam came in early to set up and cook everything FRESH. And everyone I asked said they loved the food. A number of couples wanted his contact information afterwards! I remember special praise for the pork potstickers, crabcake balls, and chocolate caramel tarts. The only thing I will say is the email chains got a bit confusing, but I undoubtedly take my share of that blame. Thank-you so much, Sam!
