They switch up the plating style with each order - so when they come to your table it’s always a wonderful surprise design wise. Flavors are consistent & fresh with a good menu variety
My favorite is the hot chili yellowtail roll
Also, they can accommodate gluten free folks nicely (gluten free soy sauce available & they can make modifications to the crunchy rolls)
