Best Chinese food I’ve ever had, very meat-like textures on the tofu and gluten

We've been going here for years. I live close by and go often. My parents go twice a year when they pass through the area. Even though it's only twice a year, the waitresses still recognize them and remember what they like to order every time. Impressive, exorbitant considering my dad likes to order a ton of food to have variety and bring me leftovers. Trying it out? Must try items: Roasted duck appetizer (rolled tofu skins), homemade spinach noodles with beef (gluten). Traditional sesame cold noodles and crispy eggplant.
