I have celiac and sushi can go well or poorly, the staff and head chef were SO accommodating, celiac aware, and made me feel like i wasn’t the problem (celiac friends you know what i mean). they modified any roll we wanted to be celiac safe and the chef came to greet us and explain their celiac procedure which included new knives, gloves, cutting boards, and a freshly cleaned surface. couldn’t recommend the quality of food or celiac experience more

I dined here on a Saturday night with 5 friends. The service was exceptional, and they were very accommodating (one person had a gluten allergy). I ordered the 15 piece sashimi, dragon roll with Paul’s spoon and the fried asparagus sticks + seaweed salad. All was exceptional, with the spoon being the standout. Chef Paul, came to have to a shot of sake with us at the end
