The woman who owns the store is very nice. We are particular about gluten-free products. Advance reservations are required for dining.

This is a gluten-free shop near Niseko Station. I've used it many times and it's always delicious. Among them, my personal favorite is ``curry udon'' made with rice flour. The noodles are hard to believe are made with rice flour, and the udon soup is so delicious that it soaks into your body, and there are no unnecessary ingredients. I end up eating and drinking all at once, so much so that it's a waste. Another gourmet dish that is definitely recommended. Chinese-flavored fried manju, Niseko dim sum "Maiko". Of course gluten-free and additive-free, The fragrant skin around it and the delicious filling inside are exquisite, and even though it's small, it's so filling!
