I was delighted by the offerings at yummy bowl. I am vegan and gluten-free. I was hesitant to try the food; but the server was so assuring, going the extra mile to make certain everything was steamed so there would be no cross-contamination. Today, they had listed, tofu and eggplant. Having the steamed tofu with the flavorful eggplant was extraordinary. They were very busy and the food was hot and fresh.
