They say they can make gluten-free sushi, but unfortunately not free of traces. Deathly ill. It's better not to present it as gluten-free if you can't make it happen, and it will save your guests a lot of trouble.
Advice for people with Celiac disease: don't eat here!!!
Tasty and good service, but unfortunately the allergen card is worthless. Even if you explicitly ask for it, they cannot make it happen.

As it is always in the restaurant itself, so it is when ordering.
My daughter eats gluten-free, as indicated when ordering, and everything arrived neatly separate and fully taken care of. Even the gluten-free soy sauce was included. Nothing but praise for the ladies and gentlemen of Yuniku Leiden!
