Yuubi Sushi

Had an absolute WOW experience yesterday. I’m gluten free and they were extremely accommodating. The food is outstanding in flavor, freshness, quality and creativity. That combined with the service and this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The small space makes it more intimate, which makes the whole experience better. Highly recommend reservations. It isn't an inexpensive place, so be prepared to pay for that quality. However it is 100% worth every cent. I’ll be going back, for sure!!

The sushi at Yuubi Sushi was a taste sensation. We had several rolls as well as salmon nigiri and sake and the experience was unparalleled in the Portland area. My husband and I love sushi, and have eaten at many delicious sushi spots yet during the entire meal I kept wondering how it had taken us so long to try Yuubi. Hands down our new favorite sushi spot in the PDX metro area—the taste, the flavors, the delightful wait staff and the chef who went out of his way to cater to gluten free. I can’t recommend it enough; we will definitely make this our default sushi spot. All the stars, thank you for the experience of eating your food! It will be our pleasure to be able to eat here again.
