We had someone with celiac disease with us. So we mentioned it when ordering online. A member of the team called us to ensure that we respected this constraint. Completely unexpected but much appreciated.
When I went to the branch at the scheduled time, the sushi was not ready because there were a lot of orders that evening. The staff apologized several times for the wait time. All the customers were understanding but the employees still wanted to apologize.
