Fun experience and delicious food. The sauces were tasty and they had on hand which foods had gluten on an laminated sheet. I wish I could receive this before the counter so I could decide earlier but made a rushed decision for the sweet potatoes and pull pork. I did not regret it. They also had fun drinks (rum horchata was tasty).

The brisket and ribs are my absolute favs!! No heavy, sloppy sauces...just smoked goodness!! Their side options all look great, but being dairy/gluten free I have limited choices to pick from (but excellent choices).
