I ordered a gluten-free cake for Christmas dinner for guests who were gluten-free. Not only was the cake gorgeous but so good. I even shared it and I’m not gluten-free. Not sure who made the cake or decorated it but as you can see from my photo, it was absolutely stunning and delicious.

I hate to say this... I have gotten baked goods, birthday cakes, and gluten-free stuff from your bakery. This weekend, my wife bought a gluten-free cake for my birthday for my father in law and sister in law to be able to eat. Ypur cake was absolutely horrible. As an amateur baker who has made dozens of gf cakes...tasted like cardboard. Frosting was not your usual frosting. Mouth feel was horrible. Felt grainy and stiff. ZERO moisture at all. Suggestion...add 1 to 2 more eggs for every cake and 1 to 3 tbsp of oil. NO ONE IN THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN BAKING gf ever knew I am doing it. I have to say I am disappointed. Horrible cake. Through 60% away. No one liked it. 95% of my coworkers thought it was a real, non gf cake.
