Love this place, always the same level of great food. Gluten free options.

Probably depends on when they come, because I haven't had such a disappointment in a long time. When the Kelly burger dish arrived the bun arrived *frozen* really frozen and with ice. I asked for it to be warmed up for me and returned the plate that also had the chips on it. I don't know why, but they started to re-fry my chips, not to put new hot chips, but to fry the same chips again. The result - the hamburger came back to me with a heated bun and chips soaked in oil, hard as a rock and over-fried. The hamburger was not as done as I requested and was also cold inside. I didn't return it because with the other faults that were on the table there was no longer any strength to return it and I was already hungry. In addition, the hamburger comes with an onion crust and I asked to change it to fried onions due to gluten restrictions, they charged me for the side dish which I find very strange, the waitress did not mention it and I thought it was obvious that it was in place. Other times we were there were times when the food was excellent and there were times when it was less, probably depending on the day. The service is very pleasant.
