The team is very friendly but they are still working out things I think. First time tried the drive-thru and they missed half the order, I left feedback via email but no reply. Second time was good, third time they take the gluten free wrap and go to toast it in the glutenised press, EVERY other Zam will use fresh foil to insulate and protect against cross contamination. They usually also use new scoops and gloves, but none of that here, so beware any coeliacs. I am sure they will improve with time and training though, I hope so as the food is so yum and Zam is usually so gluten free friendly.
