The food was amazing! The customer service was spot on, they were fast, friendly and helpful! I'm Celiac and Vegan, they knew what I could have and helped me through the process! It was super easy, thank you!

A friend and I went into zambrero today for lunch. She asked for a gluten free wrap, which was accommodated for, however the necessary precaution for a coeliac were not followed. We were also very disappointed by the blonde girl serving us as she seems very uninterested and didn't look like she wanted to be there. She didn't look happy. When it came to wrapping our meals, she noticed they had fallen apart completely and didn't notify us that it had happened. So we got covered in the sauce.
