I ordered a gluten free burrito today as I am coeliac and unfortunately they did not give me the GF wrap as asked. I have now just vomited a few times. Usually you guys are really on to it.

Happy Bush Kids Academy
I was overwhelmed by the customer service that Fatima provided me and my kids today. You see I have multiple allergies to dairy, soy & gluten. I was tired, impatient and frankly finding it hard to keep the family settled.
Fatima's compassion, kindness and patience making sure I got a meal that wouldn't make me sick and the way she engaged my kids made me so grateful I was moved to tears of joy.
She is the second staff member at this store this month that has gone above and beyond like this and I am very appreciative.
