I came in tonight with my family for a quick dinner after a long day. Staff were nice when we came in.
Firstly,
they mucked up our order and did not put my food through with the rest of my family's food so I ended up having to pay separately
Secondly,
we didn't sign in for COVID (which is very important. I'm also a supervisor at a restaurant and it is a requirement for me to ask every customer to confirm that they have signed in)
Thirdly,
My regular burrito was terrible. I found it extremely bland & no spice at all. I really wanted to find something good about it, but I just couldn't. I was going to complain and ask for a refund, but I just couldn't be bothered because my family & I had a long day today and I couldn't be bothered with the hassle. I just really was looking forward for a good dinner :(
However, I added the extra star because the staff were nice and my sister, mum and dad enjoyed their gluten free burritos...maybe I should've just gotten one of those instead. Couldn't get halfway through mine...a bit of a waste of $15 (including my drink)...
