Zao’s is one of my favorite fast casual restaurants to go to! Their menu is simple but packed with all great options. Vegan, Vegetarian, and gluten free options.
Sometimes I love to substitute out rice or noodles for their shredded cucumbers making it just a little healthier. Also, if you like spicy ask for Tiger Sauce! Today was the traditional bowl and I ate it up fast!

Just went there for the first time today... it was AWESOME!!! Sad we waited so long to check it out but we incorrectly just assumed that they wouldn't have gluten free options. They have so many gluten free options. Can't wait to go back!!!
