Zehrs Stanley Park

Great underground parking at this location. In store staff are great. Would give it a 5 star, but the online pick-up has not been great. The staff don't tend to look at what shape the food products are in. 8 out of 10 of our last pick-ups have had food that has gone bad or is already past the best before date. Not to mention, if you pick lactose free cheese or gluten-free bread, they don't think to sub it for other brands of lactose fee cheese or gluten-free bread.... They just give you normal products. If this was to improve, then it would be a 5 star location.

The kids that work at the click and collect part of the store need to wake up!! A few times now they have picked meat that has expired. It takes 2 seconds to look at a label and double check before you add that to someone's order and waste their time because now I have to go back to the store and pick it myself. They do refund you if you call and tell them about the error. I just wish they were more attentive. Some of the substitutions are terrible too. I'm sorry but if I select gluten free bread why in the world would you substitute that with regular bread? Common sense is lacking here unfortunately.
