This pasta is delicious! I picked some up from our local meat market, as I kept forgetting to go by the Springdale store. The owner of the meat market remarked on how good the pasta is, as I checked out. The ridged texture makes for a nice balance to holding onto the sauce. My husband is also gluten intolerant (although he never pays it any mind but pays for it) and he had zero issue. Higher quality and very filling. We had Creste di Gallo.
