I ordered delivery and requested gluten-free soya sauce if it was available as I’m allergic to gluten. I also mentioned that I would love spicy mayo if they could make that gluten-free also, but I know that most restaurants don’t do this. I received my food with three specially gluten-free cups of soy sauce, as well as a handwritten note that they had managed to make me a spicy mayo that was also gluten-free. It was just above and beyond that they went all that trouble. The sushi was so good, so was really just icing on the cake
