Expensive, but possibly the safest I've ever felt. The chef personally came out and explained HOW gluten free everything will be. Top notch.

Very good gluten-free options for celiac. We ate here three times during a six day Vegas trip. We love sushi. Service was very good. Only comment was the third time we ate there. We ordered one of the rolls and the manager came over to tell us that the Masago was not gluten-free. Very strange because it's literally just fish eggs. And we had ordered the same roll twice previously and not been told that. Other than that the food was very good and if we lived in Vegas, we would probably eat there fairly often.

They have a GF menu. Mentioned my celiac and was immediately given an allergy survey. The manager came out and chatted with me and even confirmed the green tea was roasted rice, NOT barley. Food was excellent! Will be back when in Vegas again!
