Zhangliang Spicy Hot Pot

I'm so glad this place opened in my neighborhood! I am on a keto and gluten-free diet, so it's hard to find asian restaurants that cater to my needs. Zhang Liang works perfectly for my diet. I just avoid the sauces and bring my own tamari. The food is delicious! I especially like the tomato soup base. I also love how simple the process is to order. You walk in, grab a bowl and tongs, take whatever ingredients you want and bring it to the counter and pay, done! Everything about the experience is easy and satisfying.
