Went there tonight with a work group. I have celiac (call it gluten allergy when dining) and was able to safely eat there all due to our amazing waitress. She ensured she notified the kitchen, had them change gloves and when she noticed it being cut on the same board with same tools as other pizzas she had them remake it! I travel back home tomorrow so that would've been awful had I been sick from the cross contamination. Really appreciated what she did, just wish I had written down her name to share.
