On 2 separate orders, consecutive days, orders were placed via call-in for delivery to work. First order was chicken parm sub & chef salad. Sub was a let down as it appeared to be canned chicken with sauce just splattered over. Provolone was stuck to bread but hard AF! Looked as if sub had been sitting prior to being delivered. Chef salad was legit and delicious.
Second order was for 10" gluten free supreme & chef salad again, cause it was so damn good. Both orders were just below $22 without delivery tip. I tipped each driver, each day $5 for bringing it to me. Second day order was charged accordingly, but received a garden salad instead of the chef salad I was charged. When I called back to let them know, Kelsie answered, same girl that took the order responded "what do you want me to do about it?" Smh! How bout fix it. I mean, after all you rang up my chef salad but sent a garden salad ... where's my $3? While it was more about the principle and not so much $3, it will be the LAST time I order from this place!
They only get a 2nd star for the great gluten-free pizza.
