They only have 1 gluten free entree at the moment, but it's a delicious blue corn relleño filled with pumpkin if I remember correctly. And they have several gf options for appetizers, but no desserts yet. The choice is limited, but I would still go back because it was extremely good. The atmosphere and service was amazing.

We ate here twice during our short vacation in Albuquerque. The food is excellent and the service is top notch. They were easy about my need to not eat gluten and did excellent substitutions. If I am ever back in Albuquerque, I will have my first meal at Zinc.
