Brilliant local pizza place with amazing Gluten Free options. The best locally.
Still the best for Gluten Free Pizza but definitely a few concerns on a visit yesterday. The general awareness of staff about handling Gluten Free Food was really disappointing.. Not labeling the Gluten Free Pizzas and then placing a Gluten Full Pizza on top of Gluten Free pizzas, thus risking additional contamination. I was also nearly charged £10 extra for my food as the amounts were worked out incorrectly.
Historically the service has been excellent from Zios but perhaps staff need more training and awareness. Yesterday's evening visit didn't leave a great impression.....
