Ordered a gluten free burger and a regular one, but the cook got them mixed up. We can’t just switch buns due to serious allergenic concerns. They offered to remake it, then when we found out they had used their last gluten free bun, they told us we could not get a refund for just the one burger since none of the current staff knew how to do refunds. What kind of terrible management leaves a team without a single person who knows how to do an extremely basic and necessary task? Management is clearly terrible and needs some reworking.

They offer a gluten free bun for burgers!!!! It's a $1 extra but it's good. If cross contamination is a concern, they do share prep surfaces and fry oil though.
