I normally choose a Zizzi restaurant if dining out with friends in areas with limited vegan eateries. It has reasonably good vegan options, I'm also gluten-free and they do pizzas and pasta which are suitable. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff attentive and friendly, however the food not great unfortunately. The gluten free pizza was very uncooked so I asked for it to be cooked a little more, they did(although they didn't want to) and it was still really uncooked. I'm not sure what the issue is as it's kind of a pizza restaurant. My husbands pizza had a normal base and he wasn't very impressed either. The last two visits to a Zizzi have been the same. So sadly a search for somewhere else...
