The food was delicious and very flavorful. The grilled salmon dinner was the best I had in a long time. They use sushi grade salmon and it was grilled just perfectly. Grilled flavor on the outside and tender meat in the center. Did not feel like a heavy meal at all. Was full and satisfied. Lots of gluten free options clearly marked
