Zuckero 1120

I had a piece of cake, which I didn't like at all. The texture of the cream was grainy. The crust, probabily made according to a vegan recipe, was not a real crust, but a sticky mix of nuts. Moreover the whole thing was way too sweet for me. I have troubles with gluten, and some nuts, and that's already enough penalizing, I can't bear also vegans restrictions.

We chose Zuckero as our vegan wedding cake and couldn't have been happier with our choice. From the time we placed the order and received extremely warm advice from Ms. Benecik, we felt very good and we knew that we were in the best hands. The cake itself was the culinary highlight of our big day and we enjoyed every bite. The three layers of Sacher, chocolate mango and red velvet vanilla were all really delicious. The cake was highly praised by the guests (most of whom are not vegan themselves), even by some who don't normally consider themselves big cake eaters. The look of the cake speaks for itself. It was highly professional, stylish exactly to our taste and pleasantly discreet as a "semi-naked cake" with berries, perfectly suited to our location. It was complemented by a selection of four different delicious cupcakes, which were particularly well received by the children and were quickly and greedily consumed. There were also two gluten-free varieties, which also catered for a wedding guest with celiac disease. We would like to thank the entire Zuckero team again for the extremely nice advice, uncomplicated ordering and fulfillment of all our wishes. The cake contributed “a big piece” to our wonderful big day.
