This place is incredible. I didn't know what to expect from South African food, but I got the chicken bowl and it changed my life. The rice aoli and chicken were super flavorful, and not spicy at all. My husband's crispy chicken sandwich with their tricolor potato fries and aoli dipping sauce was also great and we also loved the bread pudding. The texture was perfect and it had just the right level of cinnamon sweetness. I wasn't paying specific attention to their allergy claims, but most of the menu already appears to be gluten free, so I should think this would be celiac-friendly as well. I'm just worried by how little foot traffic there was! Please keep these guys in business ❤️!
