Very cool restaurant but with terrible adaptation for celiacs. You could practically only eat a dish that did not have gluten. Restaurants of this level should be able to adapt practically all the food to you

Very little to no meat free options. Zero celiac / gluten free substitutes. All in all a very average experience for a $1000 tab.
