We discovered the Apéti restaurant with a friend for Sunday lunch. Hugue and his team create plant-based, organic, gluten-free and eco-responsible cuisine. The menu is generous, consistent with the seasons. All the dishes meet the standards of great cuisine, the setting is elegant and peaceful and the team is both professional and empathetic.
