db San Antonio Hotel + Spa

I recently stayed with my family at the Hotel DB San Antonio and we were extremely impressed by the warm welcome and genuine kindness of all the staff. From the moment of arrival, we felt welcome and each member of staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. Everything spotless, good and plentiful food, delicious cakes and amazing second courses. My wife has celiac disease, the staff and chef have always been super helpful and attentive, preparing gluten-free dishes at my wife's request or telling us what we can eat from the buffet. Indoor spa, bar, evening shows for children and adults make this hotel complete and super welcoming.

In general, the hotel met our expectations. However, what truly deserves to be highlighted is the attitude of the head chef, Mr. Ali. Half of my family has celiac disease and requires a gluten-free diet. Mr. Ali ensured that they were provided with exceptionally delicious meals throughout our entire stay. Thank you, Chef. I wish all hotels had people like you!
